Sideload APK

Sideloading refers to the process of installing apps or software on a device from sources outside of official app stores or mainstream distribution platforms.

In order to sideload an APK application, follow this steps on your NAS user interface:

• Open AppCentral, Management, Manual Install

• Browse for the .apk file to install, and upload it.

• If dependencies are missing, go back to All Apps section, find the missing package, and install it.

• Validate the two About This App windows, and installation will proceed.
